Turnaround
Most standard orders are completed and delivered electronically within 24 hours. Larger orders may take longer. If that is the case, we will contact you with an estimated completion time.
Certification
We offer both ATIO and STIBC certification. ATIO certification is generally used for submissions within Ontario, while STIBC certification is generally used for submissions within British Columbia. Most federal applications, including IRCC, generally accept either certification.

Delivery
An electronically certified translation is included with every order. Physical copies and mailing options are available at checkout.
Mailing time is additional to the translation turnaround. Most domestic mails can be delivered within 10 business days. For international shipping, expedited requests, or an exact Xpresspost quote, please contact us before placing your order.
