Turnaround
Most standard orders are completed and delivered electronically within 24 hours. Larger orders may take longer. If that is the case, we will contact you with an estimated completion time.
Certification
We offer both ATIO and STIBC certification. ATIO certification is generally used for submissions within Ontario, while STIBC certification is generally used for submissions within British Columbia. Most federal applications, including IRCC, generally accept either certification.
Please select the certification requested by the receiving organization. If a specific certification hasn't been requested, or you're unsure which one applies, contact us before ordering.
